The prompt shown when no login matches the current repository reads:
```
NOTE: no gitea login detected, whether falling back to login 'X'?
```
Two problems, both raised by @magistra-aria in #817:
- **"whether"** is a conjunction that needs two stated alternatives, so it doesn't parse in front of a yes/no confirm.
- **"no gitea login detected"** is misleading. The condition is that no *configured login matched this repository's remote* — not that a Gitea instance is missing. Read literally it suggests the CLI expects gitea.com specifically, which is how at least one user (me) first misread it.
Reworded to say what actually happened, for both the interactive prompt and its non-interactive counterpart:
```
NOTE: no login matched this repository. Fall back to login 'X'?
```
Strings only, no logic change.

Fixes#1055.
## Root cause
`tea notifications --mine` still initialized full repository context before checking the global notification scope, so it probed the current working directory with git and could select or fail on repository-derived context even though repository data is not needed.
## Changes
- Add an InitCommand option to skip local git repository discovery when a command does not need repository context.
- Use that option for notification list and mark-as operations when `--mine` is set.
- Add a regression test that makes `git` fail if invoked and verifies `notifications --mine` still uses the global notifications API.
## Tests
- `go test ./cmd/notifications ./modules/context`

Treat explicit --repo slugs as remote targets so commands do not probe
the current worktree. This avoids SHA256 repository failures when local
git autodetection is unnecessary.

## Summary
- Extract duplicate \`getReleaseByTag\` into shared \`cmd/releases/utils.go\`
- Replace \`log.Fatal\` calls with proper error returns in config and login commands; \`GetLoginByToken\`/\`GetLoginsByHost\`/\`GetLoginByHost\` now return errors
- Remove dead \`portChan\` channel in \`modules/auth/oauth.go\`
- Fix YAML integer detection to use \`strconv.ParseInt\` (correctly handles negatives and large ints)
- Fix \`path.go\` error handling to use \`errors.As\` + \`syscall.ENOTDIR\` instead of string comparison
- Extract repeated credential helper key into local variable in \`SetupHelper\`
- Use existing \`isRemoteDeleted()\` in \`pull_clean.go\` instead of duplicating the logic
- Fix ~30 error message casing violations to follow Go conventions
- Use \`fmt.Errorf\` consistently instead of string concatenation in \`generic.go\`

When running tea commands outside of a repository context, tea falls back to using the default login but always prompted for confirmation, even when a default was set. This fix only prompts when no default is configured.

## Changes Made
### Organization Webhooks
- Added `--org` flag to webhook commands to operate on organization-level webhooks
- Implemented full CRUD operations for org webhooks (create, list, update, delete)
- Extended TeaContext to support organization scope
### Global Webhooks

- Ready for when Gitea SDK adds global webhook API methods
### Technical Details
- Updated context handling to support org/global scopes
- Modified all webhook subcommands (create, list, update, delete)
- Maintained backward compatibility for repository webhooks
- Updated tests and documentation

The SSH host matching logic in contextFromLocalRepo only compared
exact host:port combinations. This failed for SSH remotes using
non-standard ports because the login SSH host configuration typically
stores just the hostname without the port.
This change allows matching both the full host:port string and the
hostname-only version against the configured SSH host, enabling
tea to work with SSH remotes on non-standard ports.
Fixes issue where commands requiring RemoteRepo failed with
'Remote repository required' error when using SSH on custom ports.

The NOTE shown when an explicit login isn't provided is output on Stdout
instead of Stderr. This messes up the output of any commands when piping
them to a tool such as `yq`. Move this human readable information to
Stderr so it doesn't break any automated parsing.

This is a refactor of the code last touched in #458, making the control flow less backwards.
Additionally, this adds a preference `preferences.flag_defaults.remote` that allows to skip this heuristic and set a custom fixed default value for the `--remote` flag.
I'm not sure this is actually needed, I can revert that commit.

fixes#380
note: It seems like it was expected that `SSHHost` only contains the host portion. So this may be breaking (although I don't believe many people used the feature like that with a custom ssh port). I can't think of a good reason to *not* specify the port in that field, including the port seems more intuitive
