silverwind ac11887b02 ci(renovate): fix docker image updates with over 1000 tags (#40077) ...

Docker Hub refuses anonymous tag pages past 1000 tags, and Renovate then
drops every release date it fetched
(https://github.com/renovatebot/renovate/issues/46925). The 5-day
`minimumReleaseAge` then holds digest updates of `postgres`, `redis` and
`getmeili/meilisearch` back forever. Stopping at 10 pages keeps the
dates of the newest 1000 tags.
