Update eslint and its plugins, enable more rules and fix their findings:
1. `unicorn/no-unsafe-string-replacement` found that uploading a file
whose name contains `$&` inserted a broken markdown link, because
`String#replace` expands such patterns in the replacement string
2. `@typescript-eslint/require-await` removes `async` from functions
that never await
3. Plugin rules not covered by a preset are now listed explicitly

Introduces a frontend external-render framework that runs renderer
plugins inside an `iframe` (loaded via `srcdoc` to keep the CSP
`sandbox` directive working without origin-related console noise), and
migrates the 3D viewer and OpenAPI/Swagger renderers onto it. PDF and
asciicast paths are refactored to share the same `data-render-name`
mechanism.
Adds e2e coverage for 3D, PDF, asciicast and OpenAPI render paths, plus
a regression for the `RefTypeNameSubURL` double-escape on non-ASCII
branch names.

Update eslint and all plugins. Many plugins still do not ship type
definitions so I had to add stubs. Also, I had to put a few typescript
error expectations because if some unknown error in the types.
`eslint-plugin-no-jquery` is disabled because it's not compatible with
eslint 9 flat config
(https://github.com/wikimedia/eslint-plugin-no-jquery/issues/311).
