Dominique Hummel 1f6cfe611a feat: Add block on pending codeowner reviews branch protection (#34995)
This commit introduces a new branch protection rule that allows merge
blocking if there are pending reviews from one or more code owners (as
defined in any valid `CODEOWNERS` file). This is determined by
evaluating each rule present in the `CODEOWNERS` file individually. For
every rule, at least one named code owner (or member of a code owner
team) must have given an approving review for merging to be possible.

Closes #32602

roman.s 38b07d0c29 feat(webhook): fire repository event on repo rename (#38641)
Repository create and delete already fire `repository` webhooks, rename
did not. This adds the `renamed` action with `changes.name.from`
carrying the previous name, and renders it in the chat converters.

Actions workflows are unaffected, they still do not trigger on rename.

AI assistance was used for the implementation and tests.

bircni 396ec646f6 fix(actions): improve runner list status sorting, labels and task job links (#38586)
Several small fixes to the Actions runner management UI.

### Runner task list links to the job, not the workflow run
Relabeled the first column from "Run" to "Job"; it now shows the job ID
and links to the specific job (`/actions/runs/{runID}/jobs/{jobID}`).
Renamed locale key `task_list.run` to `task_list.job`.

### Missing "Disabled" translation
The runner list rendered a grey label via `actions.runners.disabled`,
but that key
did not exist in `locale_en-US.json`, so the raw key string leaked into
the UI.
Replaced `"actions.runners.disabled"` with `"disabled"`.

### Status column sorting ignored active vs idle
Sorting by status ordered purely on `last_online`, but the displayed
status is
computed from both `last_online` (offline) and `last_active` (idle vs
active).
As a result idle runners were interleaved with active ones. Sorting now
ranks by
the computed status (active → idle → offline). Disabled runners sink to
the bottom
of their status group (`is_disabled` as a secondary key), with
`last_online`/`id`
as stable tiebreakers so pagination stays deterministic.

### Status label colors
Active and idle both rendered green. Idle is now yellow, active green,
and
offline/unknown grey; the separate grey "Disabled" badge is unchanged.
This keeps
connectivity visible even for disabled runners (e.g. a disabled runner
still shows
whether it is idle or offline).

bircni 69f0a10364 fix(actions): correctness and hardening fixes (#38518)
Various fixes to actions

1. **Cap total jobs per run in reusable-workflow expansion** — only
nesting depth was capped, so fan-out + nested reusable workflows could
explode job-row inserts and exhaust the DB from a single push. Now
enforces `MaxJobNumPerRun` in the insert path.
2. **Reject rerun-failed when a run has no failed jobs** — an empty job
list meant "re-run everything", so `rerun-failed` on a green run re-ran
all jobs. Now errors (web + API).
3. **Don't adopt external commit statuses into the legacy hash** — the
pre-#35699 Context-only hash matched API-posted statuses too, collapsing
two same-named workflows into one check. Now limited to Actions-user
rows.
4. **Don't cut post-cancel cleanup short in `StopEndlessTasks`** — the
sweep force-stopped just-cancelled jobs mid-cleanup. Now targets
`StatusRunning` only; stalled cancels stay covered by `StopZombieTasks`.
5. **Avoid redundant run reload in `GenerateGiteaContext`** — resolving
`github.triggering_actor` reloaded the run already passed in. Now loads
only the trigger user via new `ActionRunAttempt.LoadTriggerUser`.

bircni 9d3f04eb7e fix(actions): explain why a blocked or waiting job has not started (#38476)
When an Actions job is blocked or waiting, the job view only shows the
generic **Blocked** / **Waiting** label. Users have no way to tell *why*
a job is stuck — whether it's waiting on dependencies, waiting for a
runner that doesn't exist, waiting for a runner whose labels don't
match, or simply queued behind busy runners.

## Change

The current-job detail line now surfaces the actual cause:

- **Blocked** → lists the dependency jobs (`needs`) that haven't
finished yet, e.g. *"Waiting for the following jobs to complete:
build."*
- **Waiting**, no online runner → *"No runner is online to pick up this
job."*
- **Waiting**, online runners but none match `runs-on` → *"No matching
online runner with label: X"* (reuses the existing string)
- **Waiting**, a matching runner exists but hasn't claimed the job →
*"Waiting for a matching runner to become available."*

The runner lookup reuses the same available-online-runner query the run
list already performs, and only runs while a selected job is actually
pending. Dependency resolution is scoped to the same parent job and
treats matrix expansions of a `need` as pending until all of them
complete.

silverwind f0d9af3a18 enhance(ui): use OpenAPI 3.0 spec in API viewer, add spec buttons (#38478)
Follow-ups from https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/37038:

- Render the OpenAPI 3.0 spec in the API viewer, it is richer than the
Swagger 2.0 rendering
- Replace the back link with gitea-styled buttons to view both specs and
return to Gitea, flowing above swagger-ui on viewports where they would
overlap the title
- Key `VisibilityModes` by the string enum type, now named
`VisibilityString`, removing the `string()` casts at API call sites
- Drop the raw visibility strings from the `Service` settings struct in
favor of the typed mode fields, which also removes the org default
visibility row from the admin config page
- Fix two pre-existing issues surfaced in review: an invalid
`DEFAULT_USER_VISIBILITY` was silently accepted as public, and the org
visibility error message showed the enum zero value instead of the
submitted input

bircni 02f82a2054 fix(actions): show retention info on hover for expired artifacts (#38477)
The artifact info hover tooltip (#37100) only worked for live artifacts.
Hovering an expired/deleted artifact showed nothing, and even on live
artifacts the retention date was missing on real runs.

Two root causes:

1. **Expired artifacts had no tooltip.** In the run view sidebar,
expired artifacts render in a separate branch that omitted
`data-tooltip-content` entirely, so there was nothing to hover.
2. **`ExpiresUnix` was no longer sent.** The `ActionRunAttempt` refactor
(#37119) dropped `ExpiresUnix` from `fillViewRunResponseArtifacts`, so
real runs always returned `0` and the tooltip fell back to size-only.
Only the devtest mock still populated it, which masked the regression.

Artifacts without a recorded expiry (`expiresUnix <= 0`) still degrade
gracefully to a size-only tooltip. Both states can be previewed on the
`/devtest/mock/*` actions run page.

Zettat123 f46c9a9769 feat(actions): support owner-level and global scoped workflows (#38154)
## Summary

This PR adds **scoped workflows** to Gitea Actions. Workflows defined
centrally in a "source" repository that automatically run on every
repository in scope: an organization's repositories, or (for instance
admins) every repository on the instance. Each scoped run executes in
the consuming repository's own context (its runners, secrets, and
branch) while its content is read from the source repository, so an org
or instance can mandate shared CI across many repositories without
copying workflow files into each one.

An owner or instance admin registers source repositories on a settings
page and can mark individual workflows as **required**. A required
scoped workflow cannot be opted out by a consuming repository and gates
its pull-request merges; an optional one can be disabled per repository.
Scoped workflows live under a dedicated `SCOPED_WORKFLOW_DIRS` (default
`.gitea/scoped_workflows`), kept separate from regular `WORKFLOW_DIRS`.

## Main changes

### Configuration
New `SCOPED_WORKFLOW_DIRS` setting, validated to not overlap with
`WORKFLOW_DIRS`. Default: `.gitea/scoped_workflows`

### Data model & migration
- New `action_scoped_workflow_source` table mapping a registering owner
(`owner_id`, where `0` = instance-level) to a source repository, with a
per-workflow `WorkflowConfigs` map.
- `ActionRun` gains `WorkflowRepoID` / `WorkflowCommitSHA` (the pinned
content source) and an `IsScopedRun` flag.

### Detection & run creation
On consumer events, scoped workflows from the effective sources (the
owner's own sources plus instance-level ones) are matched and turned
into runs that execute in the consumer's context, with content pinned to
the source repo's default-branch commit.

`on: workflow_run` and `on: schedule` are currently not supported.

### Opt-out
A consuming repository can disable an optional scoped workflow (tracked
separately from regular `DisabledWorkflows`); required scoped workflows
can never be disabled, opted out, or bypassed.

### Commit status
A scoped run's status context format is `"<source repo full name>:
<workflow display name> / <job> (<event>)"`
(for example: `my-org/scoped-workflows: db-tests / test-sqlite
(pull_request)`),
keeping it distinct from a same-named repo-level workflow and from other
sources.

### Required status checks
Admins mark workflows required and supply status-check patterns.
`EffectiveRequiredContexts` appends those patterns to the branch
protection's required contexts and they are matched
must-present-and-pass. If the status checks from scoped workflows fail,
the PR cannot be merged.

NOTE: scoped workflows' required status checks patterns can protect any
target branch that has a protection rule, even though the rule's "Status
Check" is disabled. A target branch with no protection rule cannot be
protected.

</details>

### Reusable workflows (`uses:`)
A scoped workflow's local `uses: ./...` resolves against the source
repository. `uses:` directory validation honors the
instance-configurable `WORKFLOW_DIRS` and `SCOPED_WORKFLOW_DIRS`
(previously hardcoded to `.gitea`/`.github/workflows`).

### Manual dispatch
`workflow_dispatch` is supported for scoped workflows (web and API),
resolving inputs/content from the source repo.

### Performance
A process-local LRU cache keyed by source repo ID for the per-source
workflow parse, so instance-level and owner-level sources don't open the
source repo and parse workflow files on every event.

### UI
Org / user / admin pages to register and remove sources, search
repositories, and mark workflows required with their status-check
patterns. The repository Actions sidebar groups scoped workflows by
source with owner/instance labels and required/disabled badges.

bircni 55250407dd feat(org): add team visibility so org members can discover teams (#37680)
Closes #37670.

Today, org members in Gitea only see teams they're a member of. In
larger orgs that hurts onboarding and discoverability — there's no way
to look up which team owns what without asking around. GitHub solves
this with a per-team visibility setting; this PR brings the same model
to Gitea.

## What changes

- Every team gets a `visibility` setting:
- `private` *(default)* — only team members and org owners can see the
team. Same as today's behavior.
- `limited` — listable by any member of the organization. Members and
the repos the team has access to are visible too. Non-org-members still
see nothing.
  - `public` — listable by any signed-in user.
- The Owners team visibility is fixed and cannot be changed via
settings.
- Existing teams default to `private`, so this is a no-op for anyone who
doesn't change anything.

## API

- `Team`, `CreateTeamOption`, `EditTeamOption` all gain a `visibility`
field (string enum: `private` | `limited` | `public`).
- `GET /orgs/{org}/teams` and `/orgs/{org}/teams/search` now apply the
same visibility rules as the web UI:
  - site admins and org owners still see every team
- other org members see their own teams plus any `limited` or `public`
team
  - `private` teams are no longer leaked through these endpoints
- Swagger/OpenAPI specs regenerated.

bircni 3b1e75764e feat(actions): add job summaries (GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY) (#37500)
- Add GitHub-style Actions **job summaries** support
(`GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY` / `workflow/SUMMARY.md`) and render them on the
run Summary view.
- Store uploaded summaries internally in the DB (not as downloadable
artifacts).
- Add runtime-token endpoint for runners to upload summaries:
- `PUT
/api/actions_pipeline/_apis/pipelines/workflows/{run_id}/jobs/{job_id}/summary`
- Advertise support to runners via `RunnerService.Declare` response
header:
  - `X-Gitea-Actions-Capabilities: job-summary`
- Devtest: extend `/devtest/repo-action-view/...` to include mock
`jobSummaries` for previewing UI rendering.

## Compatibility
- New Gitea + old runner: no summary upload → UI shows nothing (no
behavior change)
- New runner + old Gitea: capability not advertised → runner skips
upload (no behavior change)

jobs/dependencies/success stats line
- Remove the redundant commit/workflow metadata row below the run title;
that information now lives in the summary bar

bircni 54916f708e feat: Add avatar stacks (#37594)
Parse `Co-authored-by:` trailers from commit messages and surface
contributors as an avatar stack across the commit page, commits list, PR
commits tab, latest-commit row, blame, graph, and dashboard feed.

- Up to 10 visible 20px avatars, GitHub-style overlap (6px first stride,
4px between subsequent), `+N` chip for the rest.
- Label: 1 → name; 2 → `<a> and <b>`; 3+ → `<N> people` opens a Tippy
popup with all participants.
- Names and avatars link to the repo's commits-by-author search; fall
back to profile or `mailto:`.
- Trailer parsing uses `net/mail.ParseAddress`, scans only the trailing
paragraph, filters out the commit's own author/committer.
- Drops the non-standard `Co-committed-by:` emission on squash merge and
web edits.

Devtest: `/devtest/coauthor-avatars`.

Zettat123 60f66a9bfd enhance(actions): improve reusable workflow uses handling and cancellation (#37991)
Follow up #37478

## Changes

1. #37478 doesn't support absolute URL in `uses`. This PR provides
partial support for URL-style reusable workflow references. A reusable
workflow can now be referenced by an absolute URL, as long as it points
to the local Gitea instance:

```yaml
jobs:
  call:
    uses: https://your-gitea.example.com/OWNER/REPO/.gitea/workflows/ci.yaml@v1
```

2. Show an error message in the UI for invalid `uses`.

<img width="1600" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/21b34e61-bf10-4af1-b9fd-4ee4e9fde049"
/>

3. Fix reusable caller cancellation issue. A reusable caller's status is
aggregated from its children, so cancellation should processes a
caller's descendants deepest-first.

Zettat123 0359746abe feat(actions)!: improve support for reusable workflows (#37478)
## Summary

This PR improves reusable workflow support for Gitea Actions. The
parsing of the called workflow now happens on Gitea side, not on the
runner. When the caller becomes ready, Gitea fetches the called workflow
source, parses it, and inserts each child job into the database as a
`ActionRunJob` linked to the caller via `ParentCallJobID`. As a result,
every callee job is dispatched as its own task and its logs surface as
an independent job entry in the UI, rather than being inlined into the
caller's "Set up job" step.

This PR supports two kinds of `uses` :
- same-repo call: `uses: ./.gitea/workflows/foo.yaml`
- cross-repo call: `uses: OWNER/REPO/.gitea/workflows/foo.yaml@REF`

## **⚠️ BREAKING ⚠️**
External reusable workflows (`uses:
https://other-gitea-instance/OWNER/REPO/.gitea/workflows/test.yaml@REF`)
are no longer supported. To keep using them, clone the repositories to
the local instance.

## Main changes

### Execution model

- Each caller job carries `IsReusableCaller=true` and won't be fetched
by runners.
- `ParentCallJobID` can link a called job to its caller.
- Caller status is derived from its direct children.

### Workflow syntax

- `jobparser` now supports parsing `on: workflow_call` trigger with
`inputs:`, `outputs:`, and `secrets:` declarations.
- **Max nesting depth**: capped at `MaxReusableCallLevels = 9`, which
means a top-level caller may have at most 9 nested callers below it.
- **Cycle prevention**: at expansion time, `checkCallerChain` walks the
caller's ancestor chain via `ParentCallJobID` and rejects if the same
`uses:` string appears anywhere upstream (`reusable workflow call cycle
detected`). This catches both direct (`A -> A`) and indirect (`A -> B ->
A`) cycles.

### Cross-repo access

- To share reusable workflows from private repos, use `Collaborative
Owners` introduced by #32562

### Rerun semantics

- `expandRerunJobIDs` partitions the latest attempt's jobs into:
- a **rerun set**: jobs being rerun + downstream siblings within the
same scope.
- an **ancestor set**: reusable callers whose only *some* descendants
are being rerun (the caller itself is not).
- Cloning behavior for callers in `execRerunPlan`:
- **Caller is fully rerun** (caller's `AttemptJobID` in `rerunSet`):
none of its descendants are cloned. The caller is cloned with
`IsCallerExpanded=false`, and re-expansion (which reinserts the children
fresh) happens later when the resolver brings the caller to `Waiting`
again.
- **Caller is in ancestor set** (only some descendants rerun): the
caller is pass-through (`Status` will be updated by its fresh children).
Its non-rerun descendants are also pass-through clones (point
`SourceTaskID` at the original task). Their `ParentCallJobID` is
remapped to the new attempt's caller row.

### UI

- Job list in `RepoActionView.vue` is now tree-shaped: callers indent
their children. Callers default to collapsed.
- New caller detail page using `WorkflowGraph` to show direct children
only; the run summary's `WorkflowGraph` shows top-level callers and
their immediate descendants.

### Known trade-offs

- **Caller expansion runs inside the enclosing write transaction.**
`expandReusableWorkflowCaller` performs a git read of the called
workflow while holding the row locks that update the caller and insert
its children. This is intentional: the caller-row update and child-row
inserts must commit atomically. None of the call sites is hot (each
caller is expanded once per attempt), so the trade-off is acceptable.

- **A malformed `if:` expression on a job leaves it `Blocked`
silently.** `evaluateJobIf` now runs server-side as part of resolver
passes; deterministic expression errors (typos, undefined context
fields) are logged but do not surface in the UI. This is the same
behavior the resolver already had for concurrency-expression errors.
Distinguishing transient DB errors from user-authored expression errors
and writing the latter back as `StatusFailure` is a follow-up.

Nicolas a342206a21 fix(locales): Replace hardcoded strings (#37788)
The Workflow Dependencies graph in the Actions run details view had
hard-coded English strings.
Also in projects view and contributors view I found some hard-coded
strings.

The other items in the issue #37787 (Summary / All jobs / Run Details /
Workflow file / Triggered via / Total duration) were already wired
through ctx.Locale.Tr; their translations just need to land in the
non-English locale_*.json files via the translation pipeline.

Nicolas a03e0364eb feat(actions): add branch filters to run list (#37826)
## Summary

- Add a Branch filter dropdown to the repo Actions run list web UI
- Wire `?branch=` query param through the web handler, matching the
existing REST API filter behavior
- Source the Branch dropdown from the indexed `branch` table (filtering
out deleted branches) instead of scanning `action_run.ref`, addressing
review feedback about unindexed columns

The Event filter was dropped after review: a static list of supported
events was noisy as UX, and querying distinct values from
`action_run.trigger_event` is slow because the column is not indexed.
`FindRunOptions.TriggerEvent` is kept for the REST API.

Kalash Thakare ☯︎ e7af84df72 feat: execute post run cleanup when workflow is cancelled (#37275)
## Fixes #36983

## Summary
1. Add transitional `Cancelling` status (between `Running` and
`Cancelled`); cancel flow marks active tasks `Cancelling`, runner
finalizes to `Cancelled` on terminal result.
2. Taskless jobs cancel directly (no runner to finalize).
3. Runner-protocol responses map `Cancelling` → `RESULT_CANCELLED`.
4. Run/job aggregation treats `Cancelling` as active.
5. Status mapping/aggregation tests + en-US locale added.

**Problem**
When a workflow was cancelled from the UI, jobs were marked cancelled
immediately, which could skip post-run cleanup behavior.

## Solution
Use a transitional status path:
Running → Cancelling → Cancelled
This allows runner finalization and cleanup path execution before final
terminal state.

**Testing**

> 1. go test -tags "sqlite sqlite_unlock_notify" ./models/actions -run
"TestAggregateJobStatus|TestStatusAsResult|TestStatusFromResult"
> 2. go run
github.com/golangci/golangci-lint/v2/cmd/golangci-lint@v2.11.4 run
./models/actions/... ./routers/api/actions/runner/...

## Related
- act_runner: https://gitea.com/gitea/act_runner/pulls/825 —
independent; this PR's capability gate keeps legacy runners on the
immediate-cancel path. The new flow activates only for runners that

Nicolas de290f2121 fix(templates): avoid misleading compare message when branches lack merge base (#37651)
## Summary

When comparing branches with **no common merge base** (e.g. unrelated
histories or orphan branches), `PageIsComparePull` is false and
`CommitCount` is zero. The compare template still showed
`repo.commits.nothing_to_compare`, which in German reads like the
branches are identical—even though the flash already explains there is
no merge base.

## Changes

- **`templates/repo/diff/compare.tmpl`**: Only render the grey “nothing
to compare” segment when `CompareInfo.CompareBase` is set.

Fast-forward-only creates no Gitea commit, so skip the "can Gitea sign"

preserve user commits on the target (merge, fast-forward-only) so a PR

Zettat123 899ede1d55 Introduce ActionRunAttempt to represent each execution of a run (#37119)
This PR introduces a new `ActionRunAttempt` model and makes Actions
execution attempt-scoped.

**Main Changes**

- Each workflow run trigger generates a new `ActionRunAttempt`. The
triggered jobs are then associated with this new `ActionRunAttempt`
record.
- Each rerun now creates:
  - a new `ActionRunAttempt` record for the workflow run
- a full new set of `ActionRunJob` records for the new
`ActionRunAttempt`
- For jobs that need to be rerun, the new job records are created as
runnable jobs in the new attempt.
- For jobs that do not need to be rerun, new job records are still
created in the new attempt, but they reuse the result of the previous
attempt instead of executing again.
- Introduce `rerunPlan` to manage each rerun and refactored rerun flow
into a two-phase plan-based model:
  - `buildRerunPlan`
  - `execRerunPlan`
- `RerunFailedWorkflowRun` and `RerunFailed` no longer directly derives
all jobs that need to be rerun; this step is now handled by
`buildRerunPlan`.
- Converted artifacts from run-scoped to attempt-scoped:
  - uploads are now associated with `RunAttemptID`
  - listing, download, and deletion resolve against the current attempt
- Added attempt-aware web Actions views:
- the default run page shows the latest attempt
(`/actions/runs/{run_id}`)
- previous attempt pages show jobs and artifacts for that attempt
(`/actions/runs/{run_id}/attempts/{attempt_num}`)
- New APIs:
  - `/repos/{owner}/{repo}/actions/runs/{run}/attempts/{attempt}`
  - `/repos/{owner}/{repo}/actions/runs/{run}/attempts/{attempt}/jobs`
- New configuration `MAX_RERUN_ATTEMPTS`
  - https://gitea.com/gitea/docs/pulls/383

**Compatibility**

- Existing legacy runs use `LatestAttemptID = 0` and legacy jobs use
`RunAttemptID = 0`. Therefore, these fields can be used to identify
legacy runs and jobs and provide backward compatibility.
- If a legacy run is rerun, an `ActionRunAttempt` with `attempt=1` will
be created to represent the original execution. Then a new
`ActionRunAttempt` with `attempt=2` will be created for the real rerun.
- Existing artifact records are not backfilled; legacy artifacts
continue to use `RunAttemptID = 0`.

**Improvements**

- It is now easier to inspect and download logs from previous attempts.
-
[`run_attempt`](https://docs.github.com/en/actions/reference/workflows-and-actions/contexts#github-context)
semantics are now aligned with GitHub.
- > A unique number for each attempt of a particular workflow run in a
repository. This number begins at 1 for the workflow run's first
attempt, and increments with each re-run.
- Rerun behavior is now clearer and more explicit.
- Instead of mutating the status of previous jobs in place, each rerun
creates a new attempt with a full new set of job records.
- Artifacts produced by different reruns can now be listed separately.

While editing frontend, I found some inconsistencies while testing

- The `redirect_to` in `templates/repo/header.tmpl` is useless.
- There's no redirection when there's an error from `handleActionError`
in `routers/web/repo/repo.go`. Therefore, instead of flash message, a
blank page will be displayed.

Why? You are working on a ticket, it's ready to be moved to the QA
column in your project. Currently you have to go to the project, find
the issue card, then move it. With this change you can move the issue's
column on the issue page.

When an issue or pull request belongs to a project board, a dropdown
appears in the sidebar to move it between columns without opening the
board view. Read-only users see the current column name instead.

Zettat123 b1bfca39f1 Add ExternalIDClaim option for OAuth2 OIDC auth source (#37229)
This PR adds an External ID Claim Name configuration field to the OIDC
auth source. When set, Gitea uses the specified JWT claim as the user's
`ExternalID` instead of the default `sub` claim.

This PR fixes the bug when migrating from Azure AD V2 to OIDC. When an
admin migrates the same auth source to OIDC, goth's `openidConnect`
provider defaults to using the `sub` claim as `UserID`. However, Azure
AD's `sub` is a pairwise identifier:

> `sub`: The subject is a pairwise identifier and is unique to an
application ID. If a single user signs into two different apps using two
different client IDs, those apps receive two different values for the
subject claim.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity-platform/id-token-claims-reference#payload-claims

As a result, every existing user appears as a new account after
migration.

To fix this issue, Gitea should use `oid` claim for `UserID`.

> `oid`: This ID uniquely identifies the user across applications - two
different applications signing in the same user receives the same value
in the oid claim.

Note: The `oid` claim is not included in Azure AD tokens by default. The
`profile` scope must be added to the Scopes field of the auth source.

TheFox0x7 ca51b4f875 Move package settings to package instead of being tied to version (#37026)
Unties settings page from package version and adds button to delete the
package version

wxiaoguang f9f9876f2c Clean up AppURL, remove legacy origin-url webcomponent (#37090)
1. `origin-url` was introduced in the past when there was no good
framework support to detect current host url
    * It is not needed anymore
    * Removing it makes the code clearer
2. Separate template helper functions for different templates (web
page/mail)
3. The "AppURL" info is removed from admin config page: it doesn't
really help.
    * We already have various app url checks at many places

silverwind d80640fa5d Add e2e reaction test, improve accessibility, enable parallel testing (#37081)
Add a new e2e test for toggling issue reactions via the reaction picker
dropdown.

Add `aria-label` attributes to improve reaction accessibility:
- Add `aria-label="Reaction"` to the reaction picker dropdown
- Add `role="group"` with `aria-label="Reactions"` to the reactions
container, giving it a semantic identity for screen readers
- Include the reaction key in each reaction button's `aria-label` (e.g.
`+1: user1, user2`) so screen readers announce which reaction a button
represents

E2e test improvements:
- Simplify `randomString` to use `Math.random` instead of `node:crypto`
- Replace `generatePassword` with a static password, remove unused
`clickDropdownItem`
- Enable `fullyParallel: true` and `workers: '50%'` in Playwright config
- Run both chromium and firefox in all environments (not just CI)
- Parallelize `login` and `apiCreateRepo` setup where possible
- Use dedicated test user in `user-settings` test for concurrency safety
