Replaces the `ansi_up` dependency with first-party code and fixes a
number of bugs in turn.
- Faster rendering, around 7x for plain lines and 3x for colored ones.
- Render many SGR features like hyperlinks, blink, inverse, conceal,
strikethrough, overline, underline styles and underline color, including
`:` sub-parameters, which no longer swallow the codes after them.
- Drop OSC, DCS, SOS, PM and APC with their payload, ending them at BEL,
`ESC \` or the 8-bit ST. A truncated sequence is dropped instead of
corrupting a later line.
- A backspace moves the cursor back a column, so what follows overwrites
it, even across a style change.
- A style inside an OSC 8 label renders instead of leaking, and a
private CSI ending in `m` no longer resets the style.
- Log lines render as DOM nodes, never as markup, and only an `http(s)`
url becomes a link.
- Named colors render as CSS classes, only 24-bit color stays inline.
- Invisible text is now selectable, and the `z-index` workaround is
gone.

In the Actions log viewer, a double-quoted URL renders with a stray
extra `;` after it.

Follow up #37327. See the comments.
* Root problem: the design of OAuth2 providers is a mess, the display
name is used as provider's name and used in the URL directly
* The regressions:
* When trying to fix https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/36409 , it
introduced inconsistent URL escaping for the "path" part.
* This fix: always use "path escaping" for the path part, add more tests
to cover all escaping cases.
Now, frontend "pathEscape" and "pathEscapeSegments" generate exactly the
same result as backend.
Detect URLs in Actions log output and render them as clickable links,
similar to how GitHub Actions handles this. Pre-existing links from
ansi_up's OSC 8 parsing are also kept intact.

Enable the [same paste
features](https://github.com/github/paste-markdown#paste-markdown-objects)
that GitHub has, notably the ability to paste text containing HTML links
and have them automatically turn into Markdown links. As far as I can
tell, previous paste features all work as expected.

Rearrange the clone panel to use less horizontal space.
The following changes have been made to achieve this:
- Moved everything into the dropdown menu
- Moved the HTTPS/SSH Switch to a separate line
- Moved the "Clone in VS Code"-Button up and added a divider
- Named the dropdown button "Code", added appropriate icon

None of the frontend js/ts files was touched besides these two commands
(edit: no longer true, I touched one file in
https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/31559/commits/61105d0618e285d97e95044bfb64415f364a4526
because of a deprecation that was not showing before the rename).
`tsc` currently reports 778 errors, so I have disabled it in CI as
planned.
Everything appears to work fine.
