Replace Fomantic's hard-forked jQuery modal with native `<dialog>`
elements, advancing https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/29849. The
UI is visually unchanged. Dialogs open with `show()` over an `inert`
page, so tooltips, popups and toasts mounted on `<body>` stay usable
above them, unlike with `showModal()`
(https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/9936).
- Remove the Fomantic modal and dimmer, add `showModal` and `hideModal`
- Declare modals as `<dialog class="modal-dialog">`, shown inside a
`.modal-backdrop`, instead of `ui modal` with its unused size classes
- Remove two modals that could never be opened
- Block the page while a modal is open, close the topmost one on Escape
and restore focus to its opener
- Allow stacked modals, use a confirm modal instead of `window.confirm`
for deleting content history
- Hide popups and toasts when a modal opens or closes
- Keep the release notes modal open when generating notes fails

Move the remaining legacy init code, which probed page classes with
`querySelector`, to `data-global-init`, so each feature initializes from
its own element. `hashchange` listeners now go through one module that
runs them in priority order, because independent listeners broke when
mount order changed.
- Convert issue list, diff, repo create, settings and org team inits to
`data-global-init`
- Run `hashchange` listeners by priority, the diff scroll handler last
- Make the devtest mock's failing log requests deterministic
- Add e2e tests for diff tree navigation to folded files and job log
permalinks

* Remove unused `"root"` data attributes from templates
* Use our "confirmModal" as much as possible (partially for #39643)
* Use "data-global-init" to refactor a lot of legacy code
* Refactor and clearify initRepoIssueCommentDelete's behavior to help #36862
* Remove dead code `common-organization.ts`
- update the vendored `modern-normalize` to v3.0.1
- require descriptions for lint disables in TS and CSS, same as we
already have in Go.
- disable core rules covered by `regexp/*` and `unicorn/*`, and ones
that cannot fire
- stop applying vitest rules to the playwright files in `tests/e2e`
- enable 7 stylelint rules, mostly `no-unknown` and `no-invalid` checks
- drop 2 unnecessary vendor prefixes (safari v17+, chrome v120+)
- look up ids via `querySelector` with `CSS.escape` instead of
`getElementById`
- remove stale doc about `@ts-expect-error`, it's forbidden
- misc dev doc fixes
Every declaration that `modern-normalize` v3 removes was checked against
chromium, webkit and firefox defaults first. The `hr` color and the
`:-moz-focusring` outline are kept as documented deviations, dropping
those does change rendering.

1. the fragile `document.querySelector('.repository.wiki.new
.ui.form')!` is broken (again), rewrite to "data-global-init"
* regression from #37571 because a new form was added
3. use "form-fetch-action" and JSON response instead of
"RenderWithErrDeprecated"
Removes the legacy `delete-button` handler (`initGlobalDeleteButton`)
and migrates all remaining usages to `link-action` and `show-modal` /
`form-fetch-action`.
Two handlers are adjusted for the new request shape: webauthn key delete
reads `id` from the query, and account deletion returns `JSONError` on
validation failure.
A E2E test ist added to cover one of the use cases.

Parse `Co-authored-by:` trailers from commit messages and surface
contributors as an avatar stack across the commit page, commits list, PR
commits tab, latest-commit row, blame, graph, and dashboard feed.
- Up to 10 visible 20px avatars, GitHub-style overlap (6px first stride,
4px between subsequent), `+N` chip for the rest.
- Label: 1 → name; 2 → `<a> and <b>`; 3+ → `<N> people` opens a Tippy
popup with all participants.
- Names and avatars link to the repo's commits-by-author search; fall
back to profile or `mailto:`.
- Trailer parsing uses `net/mail.ParseAddress`, scans only the trailing
paragraph, filters out the commit's own author/committer.
- Drops the non-standard `Co-committed-by:` emission on squash merge and
web edits.
Devtest: `/devtest/coauthor-avatars`.

After using CSP nonce, the "onerror" doesn't work anymore. Change it to
use a global variable to detect
Also help users like #37379 to catch errors more easily.

Extend the issue context popup beyond markdown. Any link rendered with
the `ref-issue` class now gets the popup, which covers commit titles and
issue titles everywhere they appear (repo home, commits list, blame,
branches, graph, PR commits, issue/PR pages, compare, …). For surfaces
that synthesize links without markdown autolinking (dashboard activity
feed, pulse page, commit merged-PR line), opt in by adding
`data-ref-issue-container` on a parent (or `ref-issue` on the link).
- Use `html_url` from the backend payload instead of synthesizing links
client-side
- Fetch outside the component, stateless, with a per-URL cache
- Small hover delay so passing over a link doesn't fire a request
- Drop the loading state (shifted layout)
- Make both links in the tooltip work; prevent nested tooltips
- Fix feed title `<a>` width so the tooltip only shows on link hover

This is the first step (the hardest part):
* repo file list last commit message lazy load
* admin server status monitor
* watch/unwatch (normal page, watchers page)
* star/unstar (normal page, watchers page)
* project view, delete column
* workflow dispatch, switch the branch
* commit page: load branches and tags referencing this commit
The legacy "data-redirect" attribute is removed, it only makes the page
reload (sometimes using an incorrect link).
Also did cleanup for some devtest pages.
Keep `swagger` and `external-render-helper` as a standalone entries for
external render.
- Move `devtest.ts` to `modules/` as init functions
- Make external renders correctly load its helper JS and Gitea's current theme
- Make external render iframe inherit Gitea's iframe's background color to avoid flicker
- Add e2e tests for external render and OpenAPI iframe

2. Fix legacy problems in code, including:
* Rename template filename and fix TODO comments
* Fix legacy variable names
* Add missing SSPI variable for template
* Fix unnecessary layout, remove garbage styles
* Only do AppUrl(ROOT_URL) check when it is needed (avoid unnecessary

Fix various legacy problems, including:
* Don't create default column when viewing an empty project
* Fix layouts for Windows
* Fix (partially) #15509
* Fix (partially) #17705
The sidebar refactoring: it is a clear partial-reloading approach,
brings better user experiences, and it makes "Multiple projects" /
"Project column on issue sidebar" feature easy to be added.

Replace webpack with Vite 8 as the frontend bundler. Frontend build is
around 3-4 times faster than before. Will work on all platforms
including riscv64 (via wasm).
`iife.js` is a classic render-blocking script in `<head>` (handles web
components/early DOM setup). `index.js` is loaded as a `type="module"`
script in the footer. All other JS chunks are also module scripts
(supported in all browsers since 2018).
Entry filenames are content-hashed (e.g. `index.C6Z2MRVQ.js`) and
resolved at runtime via the Vite manifest, eliminating the `?v=` cache
busting (which was unreliable in some scenarios like vscode dev build).

1. Add some "render-content" classes to "markup" elements when the
content is rendered
2. Use correct "markup" wrapper for "preview" (but not set that class on
the tab)
3. Remove incorrect "markup" class from LFS file view, because there is
no markup content
* "edit-diff" is also removed because it does nothing
5. Use "initPdfViewer" for PDF viewer
6. Remove incorrect "content" class from milestone markup
7. Init all ".markup" elements by new init framework

Follow up #33748
Now there are 3 "global" functions:
* registerGlobalSelectorFunc: for all elements matching the selector, eg: `.ui.dropdown`
* registerGlobalInitFunc: for `data-global-init="initInputAutoFocusEnd"`
* registerGlobalEventFunc: for `data-global-click="onCommentReactionButtonClick"`
And introduce `initGlobalInput` to replace old `initAutoFocusEnd` and
`attachDirAuto`, use `data-global-init` to replace fragile
`.js-autofocus-end` selector.
Another benefit is that by the new approach, no matter how many times
`registerGlobalInitFunc` is called, we only need to do one
"querySelectorAll" in the last step, it could slightly improve the
performance.
1. Rewrite `dirauto.ts` to `observer.ts`.
* We have been using MutationObserver for long time, it's proven that it
is quite performant.
* Now we extend its ability to handle more "init" works.
2. Use `observeAddedElement` to init all non-custom "dropdown".
3. Use `data-global-click` to handle click events from dynamically
loaded elements.
* By this new approach, the old fragile selector-based
(`.comment-reaction-button`) mechanism is removed.
4. By the way, remove unused `.diff-box` selector, it was abused and
never really used.
A lot of FIXMEs in "repo-diff.ts" are completely fixed, newly loaded
contents could work as expected.
1. merge `repo-template.ts` into `repo-new.ts` (they are all for "/repo/create")
2. remove jquery
3. fix an anonying fomantic dropdown bug, see the comment of `onResponseKeepSelectedItem`
Rewrite a lot of legacy strange code, remove duplicate code, remove
jquery, and make these filters reusable.
Let's forget the old code, new code affects:
* issue list open/close switch
* issue list filter (label, author, assignee)
* milestone list open/close switch
* milestone issue list filter (label, author, assignee)
* project view (label, assignee)
Fix#27466
The problem is that any item in the menu could be hidden, pure CSS won't
work, and dropdown's builtin "hideDividers" doesn't work with our "scope
dividers". The newly introduced "archived" label makes the dividers
regression more.
1. correct the modal usage on "admin email list" page (then
`web_src/js/features/admin/emails.ts` is removed)
2. use `addDelegatedEventListener` instead of `jQuery().on`
3. more jQuery related changes and remove jQuery from
`web_src/js/features/common-button.ts`
4. improve `confirmModal` to make it support header, and remove
incorrect double-escaping
5. fix more typescript related types
6. fine tune devtest pages and add more tests
Only move code, no unnecessary logic change. (There are many problems in
old code, but changing them is not in this PR's scope)
