- update the vendored `modern-normalize` to v3.0.1
- require descriptions for lint disables in TS and CSS, same as we
already have in Go.
- disable core rules covered by `regexp/*` and `unicorn/*`, and ones
that cannot fire
- stop applying vitest rules to the playwright files in `tests/e2e`
- enable 7 stylelint rules, mostly `no-unknown` and `no-invalid` checks
- drop 2 unnecessary vendor prefixes (safari v17+, chrome v120+)
- look up ids via `querySelector` with `CSS.escape` instead of
`getElementById`
- remove stale doc about `@ts-expect-error`, it's forbidden
- misc dev doc fixes
Every declaration that `modern-normalize` v3 removes was checked against
chromium, webkit and firefox defaults first. The `hr` color and the
`:-moz-focusring` outline are kept as documented deviations, dropping
those does change rendering.

`data-render-name` is set before the plugin's async render runs, so
measuring the container height right after the attribute appears can
observe the pre-render 48px height when the `pdfobject` chunk loads
slowly (flaked in CI). Poll for the height instead, like the asciicast
test in the same file does.
- add pr-review e2e test
- speed up most tests by logging in via POST to avoid the login form,
login form is still exercised in a dedicated test
- speed up most tests be removing post-test cleanup, unnecessary because
each repo is created with a unique name
- misc parallelization and api call reduction
- total suite runtime is about the same as before

Introduces a frontend external-render framework that runs renderer
plugins inside an `iframe` (loaded via `srcdoc` to keep the CSP
`sandbox` directive working without origin-related console noise), and
migrates the 3D viewer and OpenAPI/Swagger renderers onto it. PDF and
asciicast paths are refactored to share the same `data-render-name`
mechanism.
Adds e2e coverage for 3D, PDF, asciicast and OpenAPI render paths, plus
a regression for the `RefTypeNameSubURL` double-escape on non-ASCII
branch names.
